Red Kite Warning!

A trip to a local farm shop which has an outside cafe and yurt, which is very good.

Amused to see this warning.  Local kites have developed the capability to swoop down on unsuspecting individuals eating outside and nicking their sarnies!  Talking to a member of staff, they have a go at people clearing plates too.

Haven't seen or experienced that since India in the 1980's when Black Kites had the same MO.
