Despair in the Lane

I wasn't sure about this blip and I hope no one is offended by it but I decided, as part of my back lane series, I needed to portray the full gambit of what is striking my attention.

Is the artist a climate scientists or a financial investor?
I guess from a biblical perspective, without the Jesus alternative, a similar message is communicated. Maybe the preacher would not be quite so succinct!

What I found interesting is the roughly drawn scary figure, the pastel colours and the way the capital block letters are in-filled with green.
