Live

An awful photo, but in Covid Times it was a momentous occasion! The first live concert that we've been to since before the beginning of the pandemic. The wonderful Andy May Trio playing foot-stomping folk music from the North East, and Bradley Creswick and Katerine Nazarova, two classical violinists, playing some folk-inspired pieces. Looking forward to listening to the trio's CD tomorrow.

The venue was a local church, and seating had been arranged carefully with social distancing in mind, but several people in the audience didn't abide by the "masks must be worn" instruction, so it didn't feel particularly safe...
(Distance from the stage, and the lighting, made photography difficult, and I could only get one of the two violinists in the picture. C'est la vie!)
