End of school holidays.

Early family Sunday dinner as the teachers in the family needed time this evening before school tomorrow, start of the new Session. Dinner still very much an infrequent event compared to pre Covid19. It involved roast potatoes, really just a Christmas thing here. They’re always very popular. The older brother cut his younger brother’s meal into bite sized pieces because of his rugby injury. Almost one handedness isn’t easy. My wife made the lovely white chocolate and Scottish raspberry cheesecake.

Covid cases in Scotland sitting circa 1500 a day. Last Monday’s “beyond Level 0” implications may show next week. Schools return with Public Health standards as before; face masks, hygiene etc - relaxations will follow over the next month or so.

Afghanistan - Taliban - woeful what’s happening there. Apparently U.K. Parliament recalled midweek.
