Derelict Sunday

I've blipped from this local building before for Derelict Sunday (October 2018), but it's now in an even worse state than before as you can see, so I reckoned it could do with another airing on blip, this time from closer up. Many thanks as always to our DS host, Marlieske.

It provided a quick blip on another busy day. This morning was the 2nd "episode" of the wildlife webinar I'm attending: about 13 of the 20 of us had done our "homework" for the week so "teacher" seemed pleased. This week we concentrated on Composition (not always easy with mobile wildlife!) and our homework this week is to produce 4 photos, 3 of which follow the standard composition guidelines (eg Rule of thirds, Leading lines, Natural frames) and one which deliberately breaks the "rules" but (hopefully!) is the better for it. No pressure then!

This afternoon I thought I'd better get back to the work on the sash windows. This job does seem to be going on a long time, but that's mainly because of too many other things getting in the way!
