Fired up!

After feeling a tad paralysed by ‘I don’t know where to start’ syndrome’ B and I got stuck into the fireplace renovation! Only a coat of primer so far but even just that has lightened things up. We also pulled up a carpet and filled a few holes!

People have dropped in throughout the day, with tools, advice or just for a peek. At least now I can make a cuppa, having bought a kettle yesterday.
