Early, grey, calm, high tide swim with V.
Canuck lunch with P (beef dip, poutine, root beer).
A walk down the Walk and back up.
Home, mam and P are here.
I made dinner, mam and I had a walk on the Prom.
Bed is changed, packed lunch is ready, LFD test is done.
