'Left To Rot'

I had to go down to the bank in Camberwell today, and parked out the back of this building which has been half demolished years ago and just left to rot.

The facade of this old building must be heritage listed and therefore needs to be retained. I'd say there were plans submitted to renovate this building many years back and everything fell over once the demolitions works were started.

Makes an interesting image being able to see the cross section of the structure and today the obvious choice for me was to add grunge to the image of an already pretty grunged up old building.

This was also one of my very first blips quite a while back.
