Power Up!

Never really thought about it, but I didn't expect Pac-Man to be a fishetarian! But this is what he's eating as he munches his way along the North Wall.

Actually all the pavement lights have these little tiddlers, or starfish or shells mounted inside them... Not sure if it's Ort, but it gave me a giggle for International Happiness Day!
