Horizontal Rainbow

It is the first day of Spring and I was treated to several rainbows - this one, just above the horizon, was totally horizontal! I was driving north from Victoria to the ferry terminal at Swartz Bay when I saw this horizontal rainbow above the airport access overpass with Salt Spring Island behind it...anyone ever see this kind of rainbow configuration before?
