Hang up coat and rest!

Pretty busy but good day - in the office all day then alpha and home for 24 hours rest - Thursday's my day off.

Alpha was good - Doc Spooner a consultant oncologist took the session on Church - his main point was to try and change our attitude - "think not what the [church] can do for me but what can I do for the [church]".
