Travelling

Been a year since we last travelled.
A Bahrain friend invited us to join them in Ireland for his 60th birthday. We booked tickets and accommodation about 2 months ago and have been sitting watching and waiting to see if numbers go down and if we get taken off the red list.
Yay well all of the above has happened and we are sitting at the airport waiting to board our flight to Ireland.

Corona Virus Update
Bahrain recorded 120 new cases, 0 fatalities and 81 recoveries today

A total of 771 new Covid-19 cases were identified between July 29 and August 4, of which 649 were local infections. A total of 122 cases were travel-related. Of those infected, 438 were Bahrainis and 333 expats.
Bahraini citizens can travel to Germany from this month following the easing of Covid-19 restrictions.
