A great Ralk

Some of you might remember we refer to a Ralk as a mix of running and walking. Today we went big - parked one car at Dunmail Raise, the other at the start of the Old Coach Road along St John's in the Vale. Managed 9 Wainwrights, 13 miles and 4000 feet. The forecast was for the low cloud to clear up mid-morning; it didn't and we spent the day in cloud, mist and drizzle. Pretty windy and cold at times. (by the time we got home, the skies had started to clear)

Photographically, we managed a selfie at each of the tops (though not much on the background!). and I've added an extra of the slightly clearing view from the top of Helvellyn.

Climbed:

Clough Head: 2382 ft
Great Dodd: 2812 ft
Watsons Dodd: 2589 ft
Stybarrow Dodd: 2768 ft
Raise: 2896 ft
White Side: 2832 ft
Helvellyn: 3116 ft
Nethermost Pike: 2924 ft
Dollywagen Pike: 2817 ft

Now up to 53/214
