We went to Bill & Maddy’s last night - first to the slopes to watch the balloons over the city, then back to theirs for some games and a takeaway. In the end it got to 10.30 and our food never arrived so we just had a little snack when we got home.

This morning, therefore, we were hungry! Went out for some breakfast in Bemmie (the last of these roses in the park are still hanging on), then wandered into town to do some shopping.

Matt’s suit he bought last year still fits fine so he just needed a new shirt and some smart shoes, which we managed without much difficulty. Got out of town as quickly as we could, it was pretty busy.

Spent the afternoon watching The Walking Dead, zoomed the fam, then got the takeaway we didn’t manage last night.
