Cute or a pest?  I think this is probably a young squirrel who was exploring our neighbour’s wall then got stuck as it was uncertain how to get down and it was there for at least four hours and kept turning round but never leaving that location.  Its claws must be very strong to remain up there for long but I hope it managed to get down without falling.
