Wound up in Wexford

Whilst browsing craft kits, I came across lots for making rainbows at great expense, and decided that I could do this without a kit.  I used macrame cord, stiffened with some floristry wire, and wound it with some of my many embroidery threads.  The macrame cord was cut offs, so useless for anything other than something like this, there are huge quantities of embroidery threads in my stash, so the only cost was the floristry wire and my time.

The tassels could do with some extra combing out, but otherwise it's finished.  A cute wall hanging, not too large.  It's kept me occupied for a few days, and I need to do a second one for the second grandson, I think.
