Having a go at some Japanese recipes so had to order sake. My first attempt was stir fry pork in ginger sauce. My adaptation of the recipe to accommodate a smaller amount of pork than stated, meant I underestimated the cabbage and bean sprouts so it was a very intense flavour. The amounts, however, made enough for three meals so will ring the changes.
