Club Away Run

Had no ibtention of going due to anxiety and sadness but a guy in the club paid for my place at the post run dinner so would have been very rude not to go .

My running hasn't been on form at all and this six miles off road was very hard, got a bit panicky , upset and wanted to turn back , but was kept going back my club mates

Afterwards we had a delightful meal in The Red Lion at Burnsall

It's all about keeping one foot in front of the other, both literally and metaphorically .

I am not going to be beaten by what has happened this year
