You wouldn't believe what this is...

I took a photo at work today to use in my CPD.
This is a heavily cropped version of it.

When I was given the sample I didn't believe what it was and so we had to do some investigative tests at varying dilutions just to be sure that the results we were getting were right.

...I think I'd be concerned if I was peeing milk!
