Team Effort

Poor Leanne - it was her turn to be a Souper Trooper but she's been feeling hellish with a cold and could barely manage to lift her head but she pulled out all the stops and produced a lovely Curried Lentil and Sweet Potato Soup and some oat flapjacks.

And two of her colleagues came together and made bread, three types - wholemeal, salted flatbread and olive and some very nice Rocky Road for everyone delectation. A great team effort that wasn't only delicious but inspiring in it's on soupy way.
