A grand day

After a lot of catching up last night we had a leisurely slow start and then went to have a look at the house before heading into the carefully planned weather window. We were very lucky and the heavens waited to open until after our walk up and swim. It was absolutely magical as we disappeared into a fairytale kingdom of fungi (extra).
We headed home to dry out and settled in for the evening and supper by the fire.
