Africa

Been watching the BBC Africa series (sky plus, I know we're a bit behind!) amazing sights and sounds.
Tonight we watched the one about the Savannah and the drought. Watched a poor little baby elephant die and it's mother trying to coax it on. Very sad. I couldn't be a wildlife cameraman, too distressing knowing there's nothing you can do.

So thought this painting would be appropriate. Did it years ago now but still like it. Makes the photo look like it's bigger on the right - weird optical illusion I guess.

Friday tomorrow - for a four day week, it's been a long one!
