Going home!

Two weeks after leaving we had a long drive to Oban then the 7 hour ferry journey back to the islands. The image shows the ferry, The Clansman, with it's door open, ready to receive cars - my camera gear was all packed away and i grabbed this shot with my iPad as we were boarding.

I spent the voyage knitting, reading and playing Angry Birds, the sea was a little bouncy especially after Castlebay, Barra and we arrived home tired but glad to be home!
