Packwood House

another blipmeet at this very popular National Trust property. The gardens are magnificent, I particularly liked the purple area (extra). The main photo is the original gardeners work-station, where he could view some of the flowering borders.
It was a superb sunny morning (making up for Saturday) and while the rest of the group went into the house we walked round the lake as when we last visited in Sept. last year this was out of bounds following a very wet few weeks.
Hope to return later for the Autumnal colours.
