Luna and I did a lovely four mile walk at the farm this afternoon, in sunshine and a nice breeze.
We saw several soldiers training, running in their full uniform and wearing heavy backpacks.   Some of them did look exhausted, not surprising as most of the tracks around the farm are light sand so must have been hard going, rather them than me.    We later heard heavy machinery in the distance and came across the combine harvester cutting a field of wheat.   The dust coming from the crop was horrendous,  thank goodness for modern air conditioned cabs.
