Stairway to the Stars

Out to the Trinkie again, into the sea breeze.  They've done some painting of the pool above the high water mark, so although it looks better, it's still a bit scruffy.  Lots of tourists lounging about, probably wondering why they chose to stop in Wick.
On the return leg of the walk, I stopped by the patch of michaelmas daisies.  The repeated stem on the left brings to mind a spiral staircase.
