Messy kitchen day

Woke to a text from a neighbor with loads of extra garden tomatoes. Excitedly broke out my mom's pressure cooker, some jars, and supplies. Since I was in the kitchen anyway (and trying to ignore feeling crappy), I made some churros to go with taco night.
I had planned on spending the day catching up on my blip journal, but... that had to wait.
