Brainstorm

We had an "away day" at work today to think about the future of the department - we had so many ideas, the scribe had to lie on the floor to fit them onto the glass writing boards!

It was set in a special building at the university used for such department get-togethers, helped along by an independent facilitator who could get us all working together, which as anyone who works in academia knows, is not always the easiest thing to do!

Still, we ended up at the pub afterwards, so it must have done some good :)
