Ginormous.

This sunflower has far outstripped his brothers and sisters but the plant is bowed over with the weight of the head. I guess we are going to have a crop of sunflower seeds soon. Interestingly the sunflower next to this one has grown much taller but has multiple smaller heads. I have never had sunflowers as large as these before. We figure that planting them next to the compost bins may have helped.
Grateful today for the wonder of creation. For some meditation time and for growing some food to eat. ( not the sunflower of course)
