Rotting moshrooms

I found nice set of rotting moshrooms near from home. I don't know name for these. The birch is already dead but still standing strongly.

At extra, parasol mushroom (Macrolepiota procera, FIN ukonsieni). This one is big one. It is about 30 cm high.
