Made it to the duck pond

I managed to walk to the duck pond today and the ducks were very happy to see me, or to see the special duck food that I'd brought anyway!

My back is still sore. Luckily Carly (my daughter-in-law) has studied massage and could tell me what to do. I'm going to be having a hot bath with Epsom salts, apparently, after dinner.

I can't think what I did to set it off but I suppose that's less important than doing what I can to sort it out now.
