Livvie on the Roof!

She looks all grown up here. This is one of her escape routes from the house. She goes out of the back bedroom window down onto the kitchen extension roof, where she's sitting in this shot. Then onto the top of the gate and down to the ground. She actually has several routes from the bedroom window depending on which direction she chooses. And it's great for us as we don't have to get out of bed to let her out! How lazy.....

there wasn't much else to photograph today, as it poured down as I was out on my walk. I managed a huddle of ducklings who were trying to sleep with mum close by and a heron who was sitting patiently waiting.
