Ten and six

I took a lot of prettier photos today, more colour, more detail and better composition too.
But as I'm sitting here in my house, doors open to enjoy the late summer sun, editing these photos, I did the (simple) maths.
These two brothers were ten and six when the Nazis decided they didn't belong to the human race.
I've seen many of these stolperstein before, but this one, when I looked at the date of birth and the year they were taken from their home...and the awful truth is that humanity still hasn't learnt.
