Boat trip

...not on that one, thankfully - ours was more upright in the water.

Our staff away day today - in Oxford.  Annoyingly I had a rubbish sleep last night, so felt very tired, but it was still a lovely day.  So odd to be on the Tube (first time in 18 months), and then on a train out of London (ditto), and then with a whole load of people.  It was the perfect day for it - so sunny and warm - we really lucked out.

Lovely boat trip, starting from the Folly restaurant, who provided us with hampers of afternoon tea.  Afterwards we had a mini guided tour through a bit of the city, courtesy of our CEO who had studied there.  We ended up at the Turf Tavern, where I had a much needed cup of tea, and then headed home on the 5:30 train.  I was so happy to be back, finally, at 7:30.  That was a big day out by today's standards!
