The beaches are busy!

Young Sanderlings running backwards and forwards in the swash, feeding up for the next leg of their migration south. A Black-throated Diver in the bay and a few humans in the surf enjoying the warm weather.

This is west coast, Achnahaird bay, Nr Achiltibuie. The hills of Assynt behind me.
