Collected a new fact based novel about a very interesting late 18th/early 19th century eccentric dickensian style character from the author in the dog field.

Divine Insurgency - Archdeacon
Had my long discussed chat with the archdeacon for an hour about my personal experience with and observations of the vicar, team working and leadership and how we could potentially positively improve things for all concerned. We seemed to share a similar views and she offered to potentially assisting directly with facilitating relationship building and producing a shared vision and action plan. That said I've been losing interest with the energy sapping negativity, so there needs to be a dramatic improvement when he returns in a month, or there will be another person withdrawing from our church.
