A Cormorant on Duty

I knew I wouldn’t be able to get a blip after work today, so it had to be on my lunch hour. Yes, I went out in this intolerable heat, but it is just a smidge better by the water with a little breeze. There were a couple of cormorants there willing to pose for me. I thought I would play a little with this new app and give it a bit of a painterly look.
