Last game with the window cleaner

I'm catching up a bit with recent events.
I've been helping look after my very poorly elderly aunt.Here is her dog,Menna, with the window cleaner.
The chap was almost in tears after 11 years of kicking balls all over the garden he was having his last game of football with her.
Menna is now being looked after by a cousin.
