Food parcel

This was our dinner. A different take on string theory.
Salmon marinated and slow cooked over charcoal by Russell.
He's nothing if not adventurous in his methods
The trouble with slow cooking over charcoal is that you don't get to eat until 9.30pm.

It still tasted delicious though.
