Road Trip

Over the last few weeks I've driven along the A970 past Sumburgh Airport many times  (and occasionally grumbled about having to stop and wait for the planes - the road crosses the runway and they shut the gates when a plane is approaching - think level-crossing for planes and you'll be pretty close).

Today I needed to drive along the M25 past Heathrow Airport - and I grumbled endlessly about the sheer volume of traffic that reduced progress to red-flag pace at times.  I know which I'd prefer to be doing.
