This is what.....

.....I'm up against every time I go mountain biking with my sister.

Luckily I'm fast on the downhills cos I struggle on my little acoustic bike to keep up with this motorised vehicle uphill ;)

This is right at the top of Kinver Edge and as you can imagine is quite a climb, my house is off in the distance of this image so at least we get a good decent to the hard effort put in to get up there.

After the ride we had a lovely couple of hours in the garden and my Mom and Dad popped in for a cuppa on their way back from a day out.

Claire and I have a baby sitter tonight so we are off out out, woohoo.
