Waiting to go

Gus is fairly fed up to learn some weeding must be done before it's time for his walk. He is taking no chances and sits right next to H as she works. He will be ready when it's time to go!

Poor health has prevented H from keeping up with the garden this year, so it's really nice to be able to help for a couple of days. We weeded and pruned. The pile of brambles, nettles and cleavers is growing and the flower beds are re-emerging.
