Racing

A cloudy day, some rain.

Spoke to 3 of my friends this morning, then K. came round and we had a great day out despite the weather.  Drove to Wallasea and caught the little ferry boat over to Burnham, had a walk along the promenade, watched the boats and then found a great take-away cafe for coffee and food which we ate looking out at the river.  Walked some more, got caught in one rain shower and sheltered in a gallery, found a lovely pair of earrings which I bought, then caught the ferry back.  A couple of extras that I liked from our day out.
