Charmouth Charmer.

Today we decided to walk to charmouth, we had tried last time we were here but misread the coast path information. This time we followed the diversion without a hitch but it did mean a lot of road walking!

As we got into charmouth we passed a buddleia bush which was covered in tortoise shell butterflies. Picnic lunch was eaten overlooking the beach then an ice-cream before walking back along the beach as the tide was out.

Lots of people were looking for fossils and RF has some photos of one's we spotted.

This evening's performance was by Fay Hield who I don't really know but very much enjoyed.
