Knife Edge

I had a really awful night shift last night at the hospital and was totally exhausted driving home. It was a relief to get in the house in one piece and not end up in a field having fallen asleep at the wheel. Thankfully although snow was falling it was being blown about and not really lying. It looks like we've got off lightly so far compared to some. This is a shot of the handles of EP's impressive collection of 'Global' cooking knives. They are amazing knives but don't come cheap!
