Hairy Grass

I think it's also known as Feathertop grass. It wasn't dark when I took the photo but in the sunlight the contrast makes it look that way.

My trusty telecaster guitar is packed up and ready to go down to the Ringers for pubbing and jamming. It's the first time I've done that for a while. John, who's part of our three-piece group, Schmooze and a Ringer's jam regular, is celebrating his birthday so we'll help him celebrate by doing one of his favourite things - playing music.
