Pride Park Stadium, home of The Rams - not that I'm into football except if England are playing - and where I gave blood this morning. 

I arrived not knowing if I'd be allowed to donate because of the Efudix cream I'm using on my face, no-one had been able to say for certain. The Sister in charge was no wiser and had to phone a colleague, but hurrah it was OK and they could take my blood. 

It seems there's no upper age limit for donors now, so I can carry on until I don't feel like it or something medical prevents me.
