Bank Holiday

Bacon, egg and tomatoes with the fougasse that came with our weekend Côte at Home delivery. Lunch in the garden in the sunshine and the quiet. Best thing for a Bank Holiday.

I also did a job that has been waiting for a long time - sorting out the cuttings of recipes, from 'Good Food' magazine and the weekend newspaper supplements etc, that have been collected over years and years. Now reduced to a tray of ones that we are actually likely to use and newly-sorted files of ones we already use. Also a good way to use a Bank Holiday.
