Melville Street

My morning run took me along Melville Street, one of the many fine Georgian streets in Edinburgh.  No.25 is the symmetrical centrepiece of Melville Street which was designed in 1814.  This street  and the neighbouring ones of Walker Street, Manor Place and Coates Crescent were designed by  architect Robert Brown.  He is not a household name but he is responsible for many of the Georgian streets and buildings in Edinburgh.
