Defensive measures

The blasted bunnies have been busy redesigning the area where we've put new grass seed and what with their attentions and the lack of significant rain the new grass has been struggling. At least we can take measures against the wildlife; the rain is another matter.

I had another bout of sleeplessness but played 9 holes in a small competition and won (moved from its usual slot, so I'm a bit filled out!). Obviously having low expectations works a charm :-)

The wildflower field adjacent to us has been mown today so it'll be interesting to see what happens next. Our own area is getting to that point where we need to juggle getting enough seeds and the practicalities of cutting it back. Always a bit of a guessing game.
